Math, Data & Computing

Math, Data, and Computing are integral to bridging creativity with functionality in design. Though this expertise area might not be as intuitive for me as others, I still value their essential role in building functional designs. Using these key skills for data analysis and model building proved to me that accuracy and reasoning help make design ideas work better. I focus on transforming theoretical designs into real functional products that are creative but also practical and scalable. One of the most significant lessons I’ve learned is the potential of data to uncover patterns and inform design decisions. It enables a more holistic understanding of user behavior, empowering me to create solutions that are not only functional but also deeply relevant to societal needs. Data analysis supports me in proving design solutions are feasible, ensuring they align with the intended goals. Computing, on the other hand, has opened up possibilities for dynamic and adaptive designs, allowing me to explore new ways of engaging with users through technology.

Future Steps

Looking ahead, I aim to explore how data can inform more personalized and adaptive design solutions, particularly in projects with a societal focus. My goal focuses on transforming user data into design outputs through advanced tools including machine learning and data visualization. By doing so, I hope to push the boundaries of design, creating innovative solutions that are both meaningful and impactful.
